We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
- The product has a major manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Clear photo or video proof is required
β Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products that are used or washed
- Items sold under clearance or discount offers

Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (or UPI/bank account if needed)
- In some cases, we may offer replacement instead of refund

If eligible, we may send a replacement product instead of refund for faster resolution.
π Shipping Issues
- If your order is marked as βdeliveredβ but not received, please contact us within 24 hours
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will fully support you in tracking your order
